Q: Can I place my order by phone?

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. You can also give us a call or email us: Contact Us

Q:Do you accept Money Orders or personal checks?
A:We do accept US Money Orders, but not personal checks. Please mail payment to:

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We generally ship within 24 hours of payment cleared and we get great feedback on our delivery times. However, once the parcel is out of our hands we have no control over delivery time. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates unless the customer is interested in purchasing Express Mail Guaranteed

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes! Please contact us if you are an international customer to get our shipping prices. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please email us for a shipping quote. In most cases, we will need to weigh the items together to give you an accurate shipping price to your location.

Q:Can I pick up my item rather than having it shipped?
A:We do not offer pickup service. All of our items are shipped via USPS.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:We accept returns, unused, within 30 days. Once we receive the return, your PayPal or Credit Card account will be credited for the price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Q: What are my shipping costs?
A: Standard shipping is FREE!  If you choose Priority Mail, the shipping prices will vary depending on the number of items in your order.  You will get a running tally on shipping costs as you shop and your final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
