RETURN POLICY

Shop with confidence! We pride ourselves on accurate, quick & safe shipping! In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please let us know immediately so that we can make it right! All of our items are listed as accurately as possible and we post clear photographs. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your item, please return it, unused, within 7 days. Once it is received, your PayPal or Credit Card account will be credited for the price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Can I place my order by phone?

Q:Do you accept Money Orders or personal checks?
A:We do accept US Money Orders, but not personal checks. Please mail payment to:

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We generally ship within 24 hours of payment cleared and we get great feedback on our delivery times. However, once the parcel is out of our hands we have no control over delivery time. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates unless the customer is interested in purchasing Express Mail Guaranteed

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes! We receive glowing comments from our international customers. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please email us for a shipping quote. In most cases, we will need to weigh the items together to give you an accurate shipping price to your location.

Q:Can I pick up my item rather than having it shipped?
A:We do not offer pickup service. All of our items are shipped via USPS.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:We accept returns, unused, within 7 days. Once we receive the return, your PayPal or Credit Card account will be credited for the price of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Q:I am unhappy with my purchase, what should I do?
A:Please let us know right away! We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.

Q: What are my shipping costs?
